Grant Announcement

  • The Lois Swenson Fund for Peace Justice and Sustainable Communities of the InFaith Foundation awarded in December 2018 a $1,500 grant supporting a joint project of the Alliance for Sustainability  and iMatter,to support youth and adult volunteers active  City Environmental Commissions to share best practices and overcome challenges for effectively working with their cities to set and achieve city wide energy and climate goals

iMatter, Climate Generation and the Alliance for Sustainability are working together to

  • empower youth and adult teams volunteering with City Environmental Commissions to
  • work with their city staff and city councils to to set community-wide energy and climate goals
  • and to develop and implement action plans to meet their goals.
